Dazzle your guests with your wedding dance!
Learning to dance can add that vintage flare to your wedding and it’s a gift to yourselves that last a lifetime!
During the process you learn so much about yourself and your partner. Most of all you learn that you can work together, non-verbally, on the dance floor! During the hectic months of wedding prep, taking some time for just the two of you to learn to dance is a healthy way to connect, de-stress and stay in shape for the big day. Most of our students really end up wowing their guests with the swingin’ energy of their first dance...and the skill of knowing how to dance together will last forever.

Mark And Phing
To Lexi, Michael, Joel and the crew from 1929 Studios!
Phing and I would love to thank you all so much for helping make our wedding day so perfect. We were so thrilled with the Swing dance performance we did during our wedding reception. It was so much fun, the audience was amazed and we now have lifelong memories of this special occasion. The dance was definitely the highlight of the night, for us and the audience too!
The solo routine Lexi and Michael choreographed was really sweet, we loved the personalised touches that they added on top to make it perfect for the two of us for this occasion. Looking back we learnt a lot during those 2 months of private classes, it was a long, challenging routine, but by the end we had perfected it! Thanks for believing in us.
The “You Rascal You” group routine with our friends from 1929 Studio’s Smith Street Swing was a kick ass way to finish off the performance. Those high energy swing outs, tandem charleston steps, dips and jumps are so incredibly fun, and it was an amazing song plus routine combo to perform. Thanks guys!!
Most importantly, we want to thank you all for bringing a new genre of music, dance and culture to our lives. We are so glad to have made so many great friends along the way too. Swing is so addictively fun and we are definitely gonna keep up the classes and keep on swing dancing!
Lots of love,
Mark and Phing
