As part of our covid policy, we want to make it easy for you to stay home when you need to.

Because we operate on such a tight budget, we generally don’t offer refunds for missed classes. We do have a class credit policy, which might apply to your situation. Please email us to find out.

 

Weekly Classes

We cannot guarantee refunds for classes you’ve missed. But we do have a class credit system (again we can’t make any promises). If you test positive for covid or are showing symptoms, please let us know by email on the day, and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do.

Parties

Saturday swing or individual party tickets

We cannot refund you for parties you miss. But if you test positive for covid or are showing symptoms, please let us know by email before 12pm on the day, and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do.

Weekend Events

Registered for a big weekend like Together Again or Celebration Weekend? Tested positive for covid in the morning, or showing symptoms? Let us know.

Because we are continually revising our covid policy (specifically the way we budget for cancellations on our part, and cancellations on your part), this part of our refund policy will be adjusted for each individual event.

But don’t hesitate to let us know if you can’t make it. We don’t want you to worry about losing money, or hesitating to stay home if you’re ill. We want you happy and healthy.
